It is mandatory that all dwellings have a working smoke alarm. As of May 2014, it is part of the Building Code that all new dwellings have inter-connected smoke alarms if there is more than one in the building. Aside from smoke alarms, fire blankets are recommended to be kept close to the kitchen, as well as a fire extinguisher which is easy to access, should it be required.

Our dispatch days are Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.  Your purchases will usually arrive between 5-6 business days of our receiving your order. However, if you live in remote areas of Australia this may take between 7-10 business days. We use Australia Post as our delivery service and will provide you with tracking numbers so you can follow your order.

Return claims may take up to two weeks to process as we will need to test the product to ensure it was faulty and not tampered with, or is in new/ resalable condition. Please email support@homesafetystore.com.au to find out more about your claim.
